Valentine’s Day is here again, meaning an exponential explosion in the amount
of kissing that goes on. It may seem a truism, but delivering a good kiss is an
important art form.
Kissing is passion and romance; what keeps people together. And while kissing
may feel oh-so-good, it also has health benefits as well. It triggers a whole
spectrum of physiological processes that boost your immunity and generally
spruce up that body you work so hard to keep attractive.
In other words, a good kiss gets you completely lost, you're unsure what end is
up, your knees go weak, your whole body goes limp, and every concern you had
before you locked lips is gone. In my experience, a good kiss is on par with a
great glass of wine or a $1 slice of pizza at 4 a.m.
It's simply heaven on Earth.
